This is a neat little trick i found and i thought that you guys would appreciate it as well. While it’s not too difficult to setup it’s not the easiest thing either.

Today (wednesday the 25th) i proposed to my girlfriend after several months of knowing i wanted to marry her. I knew last saturday that i wanted to propose this week and when the ring was finished on the 24th i picked it up. The speech i had been working on since saturday in my head flew out the door when it finally got time to “pop the question.” I told her that i loved her and that while i wanted to propose in Hawaii on the beach i couldn’t so instead i took her out for hawaiian food and then took her to the beach to propose. She of course said yes and now we are in the process of planning our wedding for this summer, we will have a mutual blog or wedding site at http://dianaeric.com up by the end of november hopefully.

They finally won and while they are not my favorite team by any means all their crazy fans up here in the pacific northwest are probably sleeping easier now that their team FINALLY won a game.

Kind of amazing how “fake” models really are these days.

The king County elections board just sent me a notice that the signature on my ballot didn’t match the one on record and that my ballot will not be counted if i do not send in a photocopy of my drivers liscence and have 2 witnesses sign the form. Oye!

I just cleaned my room and i found my absentee ballot for next tuesday and while i dislike our new partisan election system (stupid supreme court). I’m glad that i found it and sent it in early, i am of course not going to say how i voted (not that i remember anyways) but i used the online voters guide and sent it off!

Diana and i together spent over 9 hours and 500+ miles in the car together talking and laughing and also just having some non ackward silence together. We switched off driving responsiblities and for our trip we headed down to cannon beach oregon where we spent a little less than an hour on the beach (getting very cold) before heading off to porland to see our friend nate.

Nate attends Multnomah Bible College anyways we arrive there and nate is tossing a frisbee with his friend jonah and i join in while diana stands to the side because of her broken arm and we talk about what to do next since all of us have already eaten. We decide on playing the settlers of catan nates favorite board game somehow nate unlike usual managed to lose and after that we all sat around watching funny youtube videos like Trunk Monkey and terry tate office linebacker. After that we all went outside and watched a movie on 2 laptops because of battery issues and went to bed at 11:45.

The next morning we went to breakfast with nate and dropped him off at church and then headed off to river rock church in vancouver where diana’s best friend hillary and her husband paul lead worship (paul is the worship leader and hillary sings with him and the band). After church Diana and i went to lunch with paul and hillary as well as hillary’s sister and her husband, lunch was sushi which was quite good and after lunch diana and took the long trek home. I still feel like i left out a lot of details so feel free to ask any questions.

The other day my co-worker offered to give me some free ice cream because her freezer was getting stuffed and they couldn’t eat it all. Since her husband is a merchandiser for Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream inc. He gets lots of old or seasonal ice cream for free and his work also give him ice cream for free for product knowledge so he can tell customers what it tastes like and whether or not he likes it. Anyways my co-worker (no names sorry i don’t have their permission) gave us at least $200 in free ice cream from our estimates you can view the photos below and try to give a better estimate but remember just about each iithem you see there sells for at least $3.

And i thought i’d post some pictures from a boardwalk we like to do in federal way which has all kinds of different flora. I guess most would call it a nature walk, anwyways it’s really fun and there is this crazy log that looks like wolf!
