I sliced through all 3 layers of my finger today letting a ladder down at work and it opened up my index finger. The next layer would have been my tendons and that would just be bad. I have 6 stitches on the outside (the black lines) and Six on the inside (degrading “floss”) which is a grand total of 12 stitches 
well it didn’t hurt at all it just burned a little so that was pretty cool. According to my sister i have a high pain tolerance i guess i never knew that. The worst part was when they inserted the needle to numb up my finger that hurt!
Ohh i also got a tetanus shot out of it
